It is a free-to-join program that allows you to earn redeemable cash/points on every purchase, which can be used for discounts, products, and VIP perks.

Joining the Serendib Loyalty program is 100% free.

New members also receive MK20,000 bonus cash/points on their first stay as a loyalty member.

You earn points on every purchase (excluding taxes) you make across our group, no matter where you spend,it adds to your account. Make sure you provide your loyalty Number to our staff to add you purchase to your account

Cash/points are not earned on taxes, service charges, or third-party bookings.

You’ll see a menu showing our available properties on your loyalty account. Simply select the location and amount you want to redeem from your account. Once your request is approved you will receive a voucher which you can use when you arrive on any bill (accommodation/experiences/food & beverage)

Voucher requests must be made 48 hours prior to arrival
Vouchers are valid for 14 days from issuance
Vouchers are single-use only
Any unused balance will not be carried forward
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

Points/cash remain active for 12 months. We’ll always send you a reminder email before any points are set to expire.
