Serendib Circle is the official loyalty program of Serendib Hotels & Resorts, designed to reward our guests for their stays and spending across all our properties. Members earn reward value ("Spends/Points") based on their annual spend and tier level, unlocking exclusive benefits such as complimentary stays, dining vouchers, early check-in, late checkout, and experience-based rewards

Yes. Membership in Serendib Circle is completely free and available to individuals aged 18 years and above.

Members earn spends based on their tier and total annual spend/points.

Spends are calculated on eligible purchases made at Serendib Hotels & Resorts and participating outlets.

Note: Spends are not earned on taxes, service charges, or third-party bookings.

Spends are redeemed as vouchers usable at all Serendib Hotels & Resorts properties.

Redemption requests must be made 48 hours prior to arrival
Vouchers are valid for 14 days from issuance
